Terms of Service
Effective date: 13 August 2026. ClearFrame (“the Service”, available at cctvanalysis.com) is operated by Altair Systems Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or uploading footage you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service does
You upload video footage from cameras you control; we run automated computer-vision analysis and return a report of detected people, vehicles, number plates, animals, objects and events. The Service is currently in a launch/beta period and analysis is provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans later; you will always see any price before you commit to it.
2. Your responsibilities for uploaded footage
- You must own the footage or be authorised by its owner to process it. You confirm this for every job you create.
- You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your recording and processing of footage, including notice/consent obligations toward people captured by your cameras. For third parties visible in your footage, you act as the data fiduciary; we process the footage only on your instructions.
- You must not upload content that is unlawful, that you have no right to process, or that depicts private spaces you have no authority over.
3. Reports contain estimates
All outputs — person counts, identity grouping, gender and age attributes, plate readings, colours, event classifications and AI-written summaries — are automated model estimates, not verified facts. Accuracy varies with footage quality, angle, lighting and distance. Reports are provided for your private review and are not certified for evidentiary, law-enforcement or employment use. Verify anything important against the original footage.
4. Zero retention
Your footage, extracted frames, thumbnails and reports are deleted permanently when you confirm deletion, when your session ends after downloading, or automatically 48 hours after processing — whichever comes first. Deletion is irreversible; we keep no copies and cannot re-deliver a report after deletion. See the Privacy Policy for details of the minimal records we retain.
5. Acceptable use
- No attempts to identify, track or profile individuals you have no lawful basis to monitor.
- No uploading of content depicting child sexual abuse — such content is reported to authorities.
- No probing, disrupting or reverse-engineering the Service; no automated scraping of other users’ data.
- We may apply fair-use limits (file size, concurrent jobs, rate limits) and may refuse or terminate jobs that violate these terms.
6. Service availability
During the beta period the Service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. Jobs may queue during busy periods. If processing fails, any payment made for that job (when paid plans exist) is refunded automatically.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the job concerned (or ₹1,000 if the Service was free). We are not liable for decisions you take based on automated estimates, or for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Accounts and termination
Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time, which also purges any remaining job data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: grievance@cctvanalysis.com.
